Welcome to Spell Summer School Series Three… where we made our Australian debut in South Australia, providing the most picturesque backdrop for forging connections + inspiring creativity with our Southern Hemisphere community.
Set amongst the grapevines at Down The Rabbit Hole, a winery, cellar door + restaurant nestled in the McLaren Vale, we gathered for a pickling class led by Head Chef, Nick, using the freshest local produce to guide us through the art of how to perfectly preserve your harvest. From rusty hues of watermelon radish to vibrant leafy greens ~ we were mesmerised by all the shades and flavours to experiment with.
Our guests adorned themselves in new + old Spell treasures {we spied a very special Jagger Gown, a unicorn from 2016}, everyone styling and wearing their favourites in their very own way. As the sun dipped, we made our way out to the deck, finishing the day being serenaded by live tunes from local artist Max Kelly… the perfect soundtrack to an evening as we danced under the stars.
